Deep Flow Yoga is a strong, fluid practice that builds strength, mobility and adaptability while inviting deeper awareness of body and mind.
The class weaves dynamic flow sequences with specific breathing patterns, hand positions and moments of focused attention called Kriyas. These elements support embodiment, help release physical and emotional tension, and promote balance in the nervous system.
Each class is taught as an intentional journey, guided by a clear theme that the practice builds upon. Physical intensity is balanced with moments of softness and integration — allowing you to arrive fully in body and breath, without pressure or performance.

Close the week by coming home to your body.
Sunday Reset is a 2-hour journey designed to help you unwind, regulate the nervous system and move out of the head and back into embodied presence.
We begin with a mindful Pilates practice to release tension, build gentle strength and reconnect with the body. A guided breathwork supports nervous system regulation, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath that invites spaciousness, relaxation and inner clarity.
The experience concludes with Gaya’s Mushroom Cacao and time to connect, integrate and gently transition back into the week ahead.
