Pure Rental, a snowboard rental business, aimed to provide customers with a seamless online ordering experience. Their goal was to simplify the process of selecting the perfect snowboard based on customer preferences and have it delivered directly to their doorstep.

goal

The website needed to highlight the ease and convenience of the online ordering system, ensuring that visitors quickly understand the simplicity of the process. The order form had to be intuitive, straightforward, and easily accessible.

challenges

The main challenge lay in developing an automated order form that accurately calculated the appropriate snowboard size and price based on user inputs. This data then needed to be seamlessly transferred to the payment process, requiring a smooth and error-free automation process.

process

The project commenced with the creation of two design drafts, providing the client with options to choose from. Once the design direction was chosen, the focus shifted to the implementation phase.

order form

Developing the order form was a key aspect of the project. To provide users with a user-friendly experience, I integrated plugins that automatically calculated the correct snowboard size and corresponding price based on user input. Additionally, a return form was incorporated to allow customers to initiate snowboard pick-up after the season.

styleguide

The chosen color scheme harmonized with snow slopes and had a child-friendly appeal. A clear and simple font was selected to ensure that content remained the central focus without distractions
